Madison Cool (a DBA of Madison Luxe Group, LLC) is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice recognition, or keyboard-only navigation.

Conformance target

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard most commonly referenced by U.S. accessibility guidance and, not coincidentally, closely aligned with EN 301 549, the technical standard referenced by the EU's accessibility rules. Conformance means the content satisfies all of that level's success criteria; it does not mean every page has been individually verified against every criterion.

What we've done

We've run automated and manual reviews of our site, and have corrected issues found — including possible empty/missing headings, low-contrast text, and issues affecting screen-reader labeling. This is an ongoing process, not a one-time fix; we re-check the site as it changes.

Known limitations

No website is perfectly accessible, and we don't want to overstate where we are. We're aware of some remaining issues — including a labeling issue in part of our site's country/region selector — and are actively working with our platform and developers to resolve them. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please tell us (see below); that's the fastest way for us to find and fix it.
